• Daily personalized horoscopes based on planetary transits.
• Vimshottari Dasha timeline analysis and predictions.
• Kundali matching and compatibility analysis.
• Numerology analysis and insights.
• AI-powered astrological consultations with specialized agents.
• Muhurat (auspicious timing) recommendations.
• Health, wealth, and spiritual path analysis.

3. User Accounts#

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be at least 13 years of age to use our services.

4. Wallet & Purchases#

CosmiqeAI uses a prepaid wallet system. All AI consultations are billed per minute from your wallet balance.

• Credit packs can be purchased to top up your wallet via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (International).
• Money you add to your wallet does not expire. It stays there until you spend it.
• Free credit — the welcome amount, a coupon, or an amount we add to your account — expires 30 days after we give it to you. Free credit is always spent before money you paid for, so an expiry can never take a balance you purchased.
• AI chat sessions are charged per minute in your local currency.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Disclaimer — Not Professional Advice#

CosmiqeAI provides astrological insights and AI-generated content for entertainment, educational, and informational purposes only. Our services do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

You should not make important life decisions based solely on astrological readings. Always consult qualified professionals for matters related to health, finance, law, or mental well-being.

6. Intellectual Property#

All content, features, and functionality of CosmiqeAI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, algorithms, and software — are the exclusive property of INYRA LABS LLP and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our services without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct#

When using CosmiqeAI, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the application.
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract data from our services in an automated manner.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability#

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INYRA LABS LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of CosmiqeAI.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological analysis or AI-generated content. Astrological calculations are based on astronomical algorithms and traditional systems; results may vary based on the accuracy of birth details provided.

9. Termination#

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Governing Law#

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CosmiqeAI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to These Terms#

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of CosmiqeAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
