Everything we hold about you goes, straight away, and it cannot be brought back. This page says exactly what that means before you decide.

What deletion takes

4 groups, all of it

Every chart, and everything worked out from oneThe birth details you saved, each kundli, the dasha timelines, the numerology, the saved horoscopes and the dashboard summaries.
Every conversationAll of your chats with the astrologers, and the support tickets you opened, along with the replies.
The wallet, and what is left in itYour credit balance, the subscription if you have one, and the record of what you spent. Nothing is refunded — see below.
The account itselfYour email address, your password, and every device that is still signed in.

Money left in the walletAny credits still in your wallet are deleted with the account. They are not refunded and they cannot be moved to another account, including one you open later with the same address. If you have a balance you care about, spend it first.

The one thing that stays

and why

Your email address is kept on its own, with the date the account was deleted, and nothing else — no name, no charts, no messages. It exists so that a deleted account cannot be opened again to claim the free credits a second time. It is not used to contact you, and it is not linked to anything that was deleted.

Settings, then Delete Account, at the bottom under Log Out. Same action as the button on this page.

Sign in, type the address on the account, and press the button. It happens straight away.
