Counted from a Tula Moon, Rahu in 2027 is in your 4th house (Makar) all year. A year that asks for patience with Rahu: no stay of it is in a favourable house for Tula.

the house of home and mother Hard
Unrest at home, property matters or a move.
After 24 June 2028, Rahu moves into Dhanu (Sagittarius), your 3rd house, the house of effort.
Phaladeepika 26.24 (one verse for all twelve of Rahu’s houses), on the 4th, not one of its good houses: Its word for this transit is sorrow, given as the text's brief caution for the period, not a forecast for any one person.
Rahu always moves backwards through the rashis (it is always vakri), so it has no vakri season of its own.
For Rahu’s hard stretches, offered as your faith allows
ॐ राहवे नमः
Om Rahave Namah
108 times on Saturday, with a daan of a coconut and black cloth. Rahu stirs restlessness and sudden turns; the japa is kept to steady the mind.
Phaladeepika reads these transits from the natal Chandra (Moon), counting each house from its rashi. It counts Guru (Jupiter) good in transit through the 2nd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th houses from the Moon; Shani (Saturn) good in the 3rd, 6th and 11th; and Rahu and Ketu, whose effect it likens to the Sun's, good in the 3rd, 6th, 10th and 11th. Elsewhere, it adds, their transit calls for more care.
Phaladeepika says a graha transiting an unfavourable house does no harm if it is then in its exaltation or own rashi, and gives its full good results if it is also in a favourable house. The same graha transiting a favourable house gives nothing if it is in debilitation, an enemy's rashi or eclipsed; and if the house is also unfavourable, it gives its bad results in a sharper form.
Phaladeepika 26.1, 26.2, 26.31, 26.32. The stays and their tone are the same ones our yearly rashifal reads.
Shani 2027: until 3 June in your 6th (favourable); from 3 June to 20 October in your 7th (hard); from 20 October in your 6th (favourable).
Guru 2027: until 25 January in your 11th (favourable); from 25 January to 26 June in your 10th (mixed); from 26 June to 26 November in your 11th (favourable); from 26 November in your 12th (mixed).
Ketu 2027: all year in your 10th (favourable).
Mixed is the rashifal’s middle step, between favourable and hard: what helps and what hinders weigh about the same.

No. The dates are the same for everyone with this Moon; how strongly a stay is felt depends on the running dasha, the graha’s ashtakavarga points in that sign and its strength in your own kundli.
