The first entry into a new house, the day the family moves in.
There are 6 shubh days for griha pravesh in November 2027: 1, 5, 11, 12, 15 and 25 November. The strongest is Friday, 12 November 2027, at 87%. 1 November (94%) scores higher, but falls in Chaturmas (the four monsoon months, when Vishnu is held to sleep), which many families wait out, so it is not named as the strongest. 2 of them fall in Chaturmas, which many North Indian families wait out. 3 more days have a muhurat that falls only at night or falls under Bhadra (Vishti karana, the half-tithi kept clear of new work), and are not counted.
Every day listed already meets the rules below. The % only ranks them against each other: it weighs the day’s tithi, nakshatra, weekday, yoga and karana for this work, and 80% and up is the strongest.

As most families keep it, a Ganesh puja and a Vastu puja come first; then the family enters with a kalash of water topped with mango leaves, the woman of the house stepping in right foot first. Milk is boiled until it rises over in the new kitchen as the first thing cooked, and many families sleep in the house that night. The entry is what the muhurat times.

Clock times are for New Delhi; they move with sunrise, by up to about an hour across India. The tithi and the nakshatra are the same everywhere. For your own city, use the griha pravesh muhurat finder.
These are the rules the standard panchangs apply for this work; they go back to the classical muhurat texts, Muhurta Chintamani above all.
Muhurta Chintamani sorts the 27 nakshatras by nature: fixed (dhruva), for what is meant to last; soft (mridu), for gentle things such as friendship and music. This work takes the fixed ones (Rohini, Uttara Phalguni, Uttara Ashadha, Uttara Bhadrapada) and the soft ones (Mrigashira, Chitra, Anuradha, Revati). It leaves out the rikta (“empty”) tithis, Chaturthi, Navami and Chaturdashi, which are kept clear of beginnings, and Amavasya, the dark night. Its table also leaves out Shukla Pratipada, Shashthi, Ashtami and Dwadashi, and Krishna Pratipada, Shashthi, Ashtami and Dwadashi, which it does not count among this work’s tithis. Sunday is Surya’s day and Tuesday is Mangal’s day, and Surya and Mangal are krura (harsh) grahas: those days are left out.
