A jyotishi with an ephemeris and this site with the Swiss Ephemeris — given the same birth details and the same ayanamsa — compute the same lagna to the same degree, the same nakshatra, the same dasha dates. The disagreement, when there is one, is about the reading — never the arithmetic, and if it ever is about the arithmetic then one of the two has made a mistake you can find.
