What can they actually see about me?
The chart you cast and the conversation you are having. That means your lagna, every graha with its bhava and nakshatra, your dasha timeline and the current transits. That is why you do not have to explain your situation from the beginning every time you open a chat.
Can I ask in Hindi?
Yes, and the answer comes back in Hindi from the same astrologer. You can switch mid-conversation. Voice calls work in both languages too.
Chat or call — what is the difference?
Chat is written and you can take your time; you are billed for the conversation, not for thinking. A call is spoken, costs more per minute, and suits a long question you would rather talk through. Both are billed by the minute from the same wallet. Each astrologer’s rate is on their own card, and on screen before the meter starts.
How is this different from asking a general AI chatbot?
A general chatbot does not have your chart. It cannot tell you which antardasha you are in, whether Saturn is transiting your eighth from the Moon, or which of the eight kootas is pulling your matching score down, because it has not computed any of it.
How does paying work? Is there a plan?
No plans, no tiers, no auto-renewal. It is a wallet: you top it up when you want, and spend it on conversations billed by the minute or on a written report bought once. Every rate is on the astrologer’s own card and every report shows its price before you order.
Does my balance expire?
Money you add does not. It sits there until you spend it, however long that takes. Free credit is different: the welcome amount, a coupon, or anything we add to your account ourselves lasts 30 days from the day we give it. Free credit is always spent first, so an expiry can never reach money you paid for.
When does the meter start?
When the astrologer starts answering, and it stops when you stop. You are not billed for the time you spend reading, or for having the chat open. The balance is on screen the whole time.
What is the smallest amount I can add?
Enough for a few minutes. There is no minimum top-up designed to make you overshoot, and what is left is still there next month — a small balance buys a real conversation, not a trial.
Are the reports a subscription?
No. A report is bought once, delivered as a PDF and yours to keep, in Hindi or English. It is built from the same chart the free kundli gives you. Nothing renews.
Which payment methods work?
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay for Indian payments, and cards through Stripe from outside India.
