How FLAMES is Calculated
Step 1: Write both names and cancel out common letters (one-to-one matching). Step 2: Count the total remaining (uncancelled) letters from both names. Step 3: Use this count to repeatedly eliminate letters from the word "FLAMES" in a circular pattern. Starting from F, count to the number and remove that letter. Continue counting from the next letter. The last remaining letter is your result! For example, if the count is 4, you would remove: A (4th), S (4th from remaining), L (4th from remaining), and so on until one letter remains.
