Padma Kaal Sarp Dosha
Rahu in the 5th, Ketu in the 11th
Padma is Kaal Sarp with Rahu in the 5th house (children, study and intellect) and Ketu in the 11th (gains, income and elder siblings). It forms only when all seven grahas sit on one side of that line. Kaal Sarp and Kal Sarpa are two spellings of the same dosha.

It is felt most in the Rahu and Ketu dashas, and it is read with the whole kundli, never alone.
Kaal Sarp is not among the yogas of Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra; the twelve names come from later tradition, which is why astrologers weigh it differently.

An unsure birth time can change the type; it changes whether the seven are enclosed only when the fast Moon sits near the line.
