Vishdhar Kaal Sarp Dosha
Rahu in the 11th, Ketu in the 5th
Vishdhar is Kaal Sarp with Rahu in the 11th house (gains, income and elder siblings) and Ketu in the 5th (children, study and intellect). It forms only when all seven grahas sit on one side of that line. Kaal Sarp and Kal Sarpa are two spellings of the same dosha.

With Rahu in the 11th, tradition reads a pull between gains, income and elder siblings on Rahu’s side and children, study and intellect on Ketu’s: one end wants more, the other lets go. It is felt most in the Rahu and Ketu dashas, and it is read with the whole kundli, never alone.
Kaal Sarp is not among the yogas of Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra; the twelve names come from later tradition, which is why astrologers weigh it differently.

Lal KitabRahu in the 11th house is a mixed placement in Lal Kitab. It can bring sudden gains and friends abroad, but the text also warns that it can trouble the father and weaken what the other grahas give.
Ketu in the 5th house
PhaladeepikaPhaladeepika 8.30 reads Ketu in the 5th house (the house of children and intellect) as a caution for progeny. The text warns of the loss of children, ailments of the stomach and trouble from spirits (bhoot-pret badha), and describes a mind inclined to ill-will.
Lal KitabKetu in the 5th house gives spiritual children but may cause stomach issues and confusion in education.
