Saturn’s short mantra, built on its seed syllable “Sham”. Saying it every week without fail is itself the discipline Saturn asks for.
Neelam (blue sapphire) is not a general Sade Sati remedy. It suits some charts and harms others, so wear it only after your own kundli has been checked.
For Kumbh in particular: For a Kumbh Moon, Shani is the rashi lord, so honouring Shani directly works best: on Saturdays recite the Dasharatha Shani Stotra (the hymn to Shani attributed to King Dasharatha), which strengthens the graha that is both your Moon's lord and the one in transit. A blanket or black cloth given on a Saturday to a person with a disability is a further daan (charity) that tradition sets for Shani.
Saturn in the 4th from the Moon is Kantaka Shani (in the south, Ardhashtama Shani), and in the 8th is Ashtama Shani: Dhaiyya, or Small Panoti, about two and a half years each. “Shani is on you” is said of all three, and which it is changes the dates completely. Neither is running for Kumbh today.

Saturn takes about twenty-nine and a half years to go round, so Sade Sati comes back roughly that often: two or three times in a long life.
The wrong rashi. Sade Sati is counted from the Moon sign, not the Sun sign most people know; the two match for about one person in twelve. Find your Moon sign.
Sidereal, not tropical. Vedic dates use the sidereal zodiac with the Lahiri ayanamsa, the Government of India standard. A site on tropical positions moves every date by about two years.
